Originally from incel and doomer online communities as a darker extension of the 'red pill' framework, black-pilled means you've concluded the game is rigged and participation is pointless. Unlike cynicism, which still cares, being black pilled is full departure from hope. Used online both sincerely by people in dark mental spaces and ironically to describe momentary despair.
(transitive) To reject the red pill philosophy.
(slang) A pill of sildenafil (Viagra), used to treat erectile dysfunction.
(philosophy) A hypothetical pill with a specific probability of causing death, which one is offered a large sum of money in order to take, as a philosophical dilemma.
