A very crude, vulgar slang term for the labia majora — the outer folds of the female genitalia. Used almost exclusively in sexually explicit or highly offensive contexts, it has little euphemistic softening compared to other anatomical slang. The term appears in extremely coarse casual speech, adult content, and occasionally as an insult, but is rarely heard in polite or even semi-casual conversation. It's at the far end of the vulgarity spectrum even by slang standards.
