Burgers shaped out of ground meat (double the quantity as both flats were on sale for 50% off so they had to be used/made ASAP). I feel productive right now having done something "responsible."
It being Taco Tuesday on Cinco de Mayo, and I'm out of taco seasoning I made some fresh (recipe in alt text) I use 1/4 cup for each pound of ground meat like stuff.
