I think wrists are like ankles, complicated and do better with physical therapy. It’s been two years since I broke my ankle, and I just saw the orthopedist because it was being weird.
my knee x-rays came back fine but my doctor said that my knees felt crunchy when she checked them last time so i feel validated. probably gonna do physical therapy and then get an mri.
