Tag question meaning "the best, isn't it?" or "best, right?". A compound of English "best" plus the Hokkien tag "tio bo" (是否 / 著無 — literally "right or not"). Tacked onto the end of a statement to invite agreement, just like English "isn't it?" or "right?". Common in Penang and across Malaysia. Examples: "This char kway teow best tio bo?"
