The reigning champion of chio — a woman (or anyone who rocks the title) whose attractiveness, style, and overall presence commands the room without trying. A chio queen doesn't just look good, she makes looking good look effortless. She is the benchmark everyone else in the group gets measured against without ever asking to be. Part beauty icon, part social force, entirely intimidating to people with low self-confidence. In Singaporean friend groups, there is usually one. Everyone knows who she is. She probably doesn't think about it at all.

The undisputed master of the sweet-spicy flavor game — usually a person who both makes and gravitates toward swicy everything, from their cooking to their cocktails to their snack choices. A swicy queen has a sixth sense for the exact ratio that makes something dangerously addictive, is the one who introduced the group to chili mango, and probably has three different varieties of hot honey in their kitchen. As a personality type, they're charming but with enough edge to keep you guessing.

A historical Western US slang term for a prostitute, used in the 19th century frontier context.
