An Irish English euphemism functioning as a softer stand-in for a stronger profanity — essentially "fucky" with the Irish "f-word" ("feck") substituted in. "Feck" itself is the famously milder Irish version of the f-word, popularised globally by the TV show Father Ted. "Fecky" takes that one step further into adjectival territory, describing something as rubbish, broken, messy, or generally useless in that particularly Irish way that manages to sound both frustrated and charming at the same time.
