Do what I've done. MAKE them turn it down so you can't hear it. I've confronted rude golfers who think they have a right to blare music. They don't, and I'll make sure they know that every time it happens.
I politely request at least one (1) person to have an airhorn so they can blare it at his face when he starts dozing off.
