When something is glazed it means someone is over-praising or sucking up. "Stop glazing him" means "stop complimenting him so much." The word originally has a crude origin referring to a sexual act, but in current Gen Z usage it almost always just means excessive flattery. Not usually drug-related. If your kid uses it about another person they are accusing that person of being a try-hard fan. Mildly rude but normal teen vocabulary.
