A British expression that primarily means to tease or wind someone up — to mess with their head by telling them something absurd and watching them believe it. 'Are you pulling my plonker?' is the classic incredulous response when someone says something that sounds too ridiculous to be true. Though the phrase has a literal sexual meaning rooted in 'plonker' as slang for penis, in everyday British usage the figurative 'taking the mick' sense is far more common.
When he said they'd cast him in the new Bond film I thought he was pulling my plonker, but he actually showed me the contract.
