A culturally-marked period — usually new year, post-breakup, or after some major life shake-up — when everyone collectively decides to get their life together and start actually acting in sync with their stated values. Align szn is the season of vision boards, journal prompts, difficult conversations, and cutting off people who don't fit the new direction. It's earnest but also a little performative, and everyone knows the szn ends when the motivation fades, usually around February.
