Blimp coded describes someone whose every opinion, mannerism, and aesthetic choice screams Colonel Blimp — the pompous, reactionary, deeply establishment British type who has decided that their era was the correct era and every subsequent development is a sign of decline. It's baked into how they dress (tweed, club ties), how they talk (booming, uninterruptible), and what they believe (everything was better before, standards have collapsed, and someone needs to say it). Being blimp coded isn't necessarily malicious — it's more a form of ideological fossilization worn as identity. Often used in British political and cultural commentary.
