Doing a bojo check means asking: is this person actually delivering or just performing confidence? Are those ambitious claims grounded in anything? Is the hair suspicious? Bojo checks are useful for evaluating politicians, managers, and anyone who talks loudly about their big plans while mysteriously producing no results. The check exists because the pattern is, unfortunately, reusable.
