Flex coded means someone has wealth, status, or superiority baked into every detail of who they are — it's not performance, it's architecture. The house they grew up in was flex coded. Their accent is flex coded. The way they casually mention places you've only seen in magazines is flex coded. Unlike someone who flexes deliberately, a flex coded person doesn't even realise they're doing it — the showmanship is structural, inherited or so deeply embedded that switching it off isn't an option. Equal parts admirable and infuriating, especially if you're watching from outside.
