Glowie coded describes a person, post, or account whose vibe, rhetoric, or behavior pattern reads as inherently suspicious — someone whose entire presentation looks like what you'd expect from an undercover government operative even if no one has proven anything. It's a label applied to communication styles that feel too engineered, questions that are too pointed, or enthusiasm for illegality that seems performative rather than genuine.
