When someone is in GRWM mode, they are unreachable, not because they're busy but because this time is sacred. It's the getting-ready equivalent of deep work: full focus on the task of becoming the version of yourself you want to present today. GRWM mode can last twenty minutes or two hours. Either way, the rule is the same: don't knock unless it's an emergency.
