Describes a person whose entire personality, aesthetic, or social identity is legible from their gear alone — they are, essentially, written in kit. A kit coded individual makes choices so consistent that you could profile their whole vibe just by looking at what they carry, wear, or use. It's not necessarily a compliment or an insult; it's an observation that someone has achieved a rare, almost algorithmic coherence between who they are and what they own.
