Describes a person, vibe, aesthetic, or piece of content that just radiates exhausted, barely-holding-it-together energy even when nothing is explicitly stated. A knackered-coded character shuffles into rooms, speaks in monotone, has a permanently glazed expression, and somehow makes surviving look relatable. It's the opposite of main-character energy — this is support-character-who-needs-a-nap energy. Often used affectionately to clock someone whose whole personality has quietly become 'tired but trying'.
