It's standing in a queue that snakes around the block for something that should take seconds. Mega long is the superlative of suffering, and using it means you have officially run out of patience.

An exceptionally long, sprawling, or intense yap — the kind that goes well beyond normal chatter into territory that requires real endurance from the listener. A mega yap isn't just a long conversation; it's an event. It has multiple chapters, at least one dramatic turn, and usually ends with the speaker still technically mid-thought. Reserved for the truly epic verbal performances: the three-hour debrief, the voice note that outlasts the commute, the text thread that requires scrolling.
