Mid capacity describes that grey zone where you're technically functioning but nobody should expect much from you. You'll answer emails but they'll be one sentence. You'll show up but you won't be present. It's the energy of a phone at 23%: alive, but conserving. People often invoke it as a gentle warning to others not to demand too much from them on a given day.
