mid capacity

Having a mediocre, barely-adequate amount of emotional or mental bandwidth — not completely tapped out, but definitely not thriving. Mid capacity describes that grey zone where you're technically functioning but nobody should expect much from you. You'll answer emails but they'll be one sentence.
