A grey loudspeaker / public-address horn, with sound waves emerging. Means announcement, "everyone listen up", important news, or — sarcastically — "saying the obvious loudly". Common at the top of announcement posts, group-chat notices and PSA-style content. Reads slightly louder / more urgent than 📣 (megaphone).
