The hyper-focused, distraction-free state of going all-in on a task until it's finished. Sprint mode is when you silence your notifications, block out the noise, and work like the deadline is already on fire. Borrowed from Agile development sprints, it's now used broadly for any burst of intense effort — cramming for exams, power-cleaning an apartment in an hour, or binge-writing three chapters before midnight. When someone's in sprint mode, interrupting them is borderline criminal. The work comes out the other side either done or dead.
