A suffix attached to any topic to mean "fully converted to that viewpoint." "Espresso-pilled," "bike-pilled," "sleep-pilled." From "red-pilled" (The Matrix, 1999), generalized to any conversion. The word works because it compresses "I tried this, it changed me, I'm now proselytizing" into one syllable.

Someone who has fully internalized and accepted a loss-oriented worldview — either because they've taken enough Ls to stop fighting the pattern, or because they've philosophically concluded that effort doesn't reliably produce wins. Being L pilled isn't the same as being depressed; it's a detached, darkly funny resignation. The L pilled person still shows up, still tries, but they've already priced in the loss and adjusted expectations accordingly. They're the first person to say 'called it' when things go wrong, because they never stopped expecting them to.

Manifest pilled describes someone who has been fully convinced by manifestation ideology and now applies law-of-attraction thinking to virtually every area of their life. Once manifest pilled, you don't look for jobs — you script them into existence. You don't date — you align with your future partner's energy. The label can be affectionate among believers or gently mocking from skeptics. Either way, it signals a deep and somewhat irreversible conversion to the manifestation worldview.
