Agentic energy is the unmistakable vibe someone radiates when they're operating on full self-directed initiative — no waiting, no hedging, no asking permission, just motion. You can feel agentic energy in a room when someone enters already knowing what they're going to do and gets straight to it. It's the opposite of passive energy or 'waiting to be told' energy.
