AI-native describes a person, product, or company built from the ground up to use AI. "She's an AI-native designer" means she uses AI tools as a normal part of her workflow. Tech jargon, not concerning. If your kid uses it about themselves they are signalling tech fluency, similar to how older generations said "digital native." If your kid uses it constantly, ask them where they first heard it, not to police their speech but to understand which online community they are in.
