An angryphone arc usually has a clear inciting incident (the ignored text, the dismissive reply, the group chat that left them on read), a middle period of escalating unhinged messages, and ideally a resolution where they put the phone down and go touch grass. Often narrated retrospectively with equal parts cringe and wisdom. Recognizing your own arc is step one.
