Describing someone or something that just has the energy, look, or vibe of being extremely jacked — even if they're not actually lifting. Buff coded is about aesthetic signaling: the person who wears fitted shirts, has a neck like a tree trunk, and moves with that particular confident stride. It can also apply to fictional characters, movie roles, or even objects that carry that oversized, powerful, imposing energy. It's less about actual muscle mass and more about reading as built.
Every character in that action movie is buff coded — nobody in that universe has a normal build.
