Definitions
Change my view. The signature post format of Reddit's r/ChangeMyView community, where the original poster argues for a position and invites others to talk them out of it. Users earn "deltas" for actually shifting the OP's thinking. The format encourages good-faith debate and is occasionally borrowed elsewhere as a polite way of saying "convince me I'm wrong".
CMV: working from home full-time is a worse deal for junior employees than for senior ones.
