A blunt, forceful British and Irish dismissal meaning "go away" or "get lost" — the full-strength version of telling someone to clear off. More emphatic than "get out of here" and carrying genuine irritation or disbelief, it's used when someone has really overstepped or said something ridiculous. Despite the vulgarity, in Irish and northern British usage it can sometimes carry a fond or mock-outraged tone between close friends.
