hyper glazed

A level of uncritical admiration so extreme it has become its own spectator sport. Mega glazed is not just stanning — it is hagiography. Every move is historic, every post is sacred, every flaw is either nonexistent or secretly a strength. The mega glazed fan has fully departed from the shared reality where their fave is a normal person.

Glazing cranked to an almost unhinged extreme — praise so excessive, so relentless, and so disconnected from reality that it stops being flattering and starts becoming a spectacle. Hyper glazing is when the compliments stop being about the subject and start being about the glazer's performance of devotion. Everyone watching knows it's gone too far, including possibly the person being praised, who may start to feel genuinely uncomfortable with the heat.

When your excessive admiration is actually justified — you're glazed, sure, but the person you're glazed for keeps proving they deserve it. W glazed is the rare, peaceful version of fandom where your parasocial investment has not humiliated you yet. You glaze freely and no context has emerged to punish you for it.

When someone's admiration for a public figure reads as performative, agenda-driven, or strangely timed — like they're glazing for clout rather than genuine feeling. Sus glazed fans appear at convenient moments, praise in ways that feel calculated, and disappear when things get complicated. Something about it is off and everyone in the comments knows it.

The mental state of being fully locked into uncritical worship — where logic exits, criticism becomes personal, and every piece of content from your fave is objectively incredible. Glazed mode is temporary (or permanent, depending on the person). In glazed mode, nuance is the enemy and praise is the only output. A powerful state. A dangerous one.
