A person with hitbox energy just seems to catch all the drama: spilled drinks find them, arguments land near them, recruiters ghost them specifically. It borrows from gaming's collision detection concept to describe the uncanny quality of some people drawing hits from life at a much higher rate than seems fair or logical.
