The absolute pinnacle of present-moment living — whether genuinely achieved or grotesquely performed. Peak mindfulness is what people invoke when someone's wellness commitment has reached a level that either inspires awe or total mockery: the person who woke at 5am, cold-plunged, journaled, meditated, and went on a silent walk before the rest of the world hit snooze. It's the highest expression of intentional living, and the internet can't quite decide whether to aspire to it or drag it. Usually a bit of both simultaneously.
