Quote retweet. A longer-form synonym for QT — same feature, slightly different spelling preference. Some users use QRT to specifically mean a hostile or critical quote tweet (a "QRT dunk"), reserving QT for friendly add-ons.
Retweet. On Twitter and X, an RT is a re-post of someone else's tweet to your own followers, with attribution. Now also a verb ("please RT") and used loosely off-platform to mean "I co-sign this, share it widely". A leading "RT @username:" was the manual style before the platform added a built-in retweet button in 2009.
