Retweet. On Twitter and X, an RT is a re-post of someone else's tweet to your own followers, with attribution. Now also a verb ("please RT") and used loosely off-platform to mean "I co-sign this, share it widely". A leading "RT @username:" was the manual style before the platform added a built-in retweet button in 2009.

Quote retweet. A longer-form synonym for QT — same feature, slightly different spelling preference. Some users use QRT to specifically mean a hostile or critical quote tweet (a "QRT dunk"), reserving QT for friendly add-ons.
Quote tweet. The Twitter/X feature of re-sharing someone else's tweet with your own comment attached on top, rather than just retweeting it plain. Often used to dunk on, mock or sarcastically respond to the original — quote-tweeting is widely seen as more confrontational than a reply.
Hat tip. Used as a credit when sharing someone else's tweet, article or find, equivalent to "via" or "thanks to". Originated in early blogging culture and carried over to Twitter, where "h/t @user" appears at the end of a tweet to credit whoever surfaced the link.
On Bluesky, to repost (skeet) another user's post to your own followers; the platform's equivalent of a retweet.
