Often embraced as liberation rather than criticism.

Rag core is the aesthetic built around chronic, performative irritability — the vibe of someone who has curated their whole online presence around being perpetually done with everything. Think moodboards of clenched jaws, blunt captions, and zero tolerance for small talk. It's part subculture, part personality type, and entirely built on the appeal of someone who radiates 'don't try me' energy without crossing into actual hostility. The difference from just being angry is the self-awareness — rag core knows it's a look.
