When a reply to a post gets more likes than the original — signaling the replier dunked on the poster. "You're getting ratio'd" is a taunt. Twitter's public-shaming format inverted: the audience writes the verdict via like counts, then notifies the original poster.

Past participle. Got a tweet/post where the replies far outnumber the likes — a sign people are arguing with you, not agreeing. The Twitter equivalent of being booed off stage.

They're the Twitter equivalent of a precision striker, moving through comment sections and leaving a trail of public humiliations. Some ratioers are righteous; others are just chaotic good.

The declaration that someone has not only been ratioed but has also taken a loss in the broader argument — their reply failed, their numbers are bad, and they were wrong on top of it all. L ratio is a two-in-one verdict, combining the statistical defeat of a bad engagement ratio with the moral defeat of being on the wrong side of the discourse. It's deployed as a summary judgment, often in reply to someone's failed clap-back or an original post that got buried. Brutal, efficient, and deeply satisfying to deploy.
