The apex of terminally online behavior — the moment, clip, or person that represents the absolute highest form of brain rot achieved. They'll recommend unhinged content with genuine enthusiasm, evangelize their favorite deranged corners of the internet, and look slightly confused when someone says they don't have a favorite niche subreddit.
