Slay szn is permission-giving: everyone is encouraged to turn up, outdo themselves, and refuse to be humble about it for the duration.

W slay is the affirmative verdict that an execution landed exactly as intended — a confirmed win in the ongoing informal competition of showing up excellently. 'W' (win) as a modifier converts the subjective experience of slaying into a definitive judgment, the kind you drop with no further elaboration because the W is self-evident.
