'W' (win) as a modifier converts the subjective experience of slaying into a definitive judgment, the kind you drop with no further elaboration because the W is self-evident. W slay carries a particular confidence: it's not gushing admiration, it's the terse acknowledgment of someone who's seen a lot and knows a win when they see it.
