tank coded

Someone who is tank pilled has adopted a resilience-above-all philosophy — they've internalized the idea that taking damage is just part of the process and stopped treating difficulty as an aberration. They're not tough in an aggressive way; they're just genuinely unbothered by setbacks in a way that seems chemically induced. The tank pilled worldview: problems arrive, you absorb them, you keep going. Complaining is optional and usually skipped. It's a philosophy of functional stoicism that, when taken too far, starts to look like a personality bypass.

A character with high health who absorbs damage for their team. As a verb: "to tank damage" = to take hits for the team. Extended to real life — "I tanked that meeting" means you took the heat. Universally respected role in any competitive setting.

A tanker is someone who takes hits — literal or metaphorical — and keeps moving. In gaming circles, the tanker is the teammate who absorbs enemy focus so others can thrive. In broader slang, calling someone a tanker is acknowledging their capacity to endure: a friend who processes everyone else's drama without cracking, a coworker who takes on impossible projects and somehow delivers. There's genuine respect baked into the word. Tankers aren't glamorous. They don't get the highlight reel. They get the quiet acknowledgment of people who understand what it costs.

Trust coded describes someone whose entire energy radiates dependability before they've even done anything to prove it. They have the face, the tone, the consistency, the vibe — everything tells you instinctively that this person won't let you down or run their mouth. It's a compliment built on pattern recognition, not just one moment of reliability. Trust coded people are rare and everyone senses it; they naturally become the keepers of secrets and the emotional anchors of whatever group they're in.

Describes a person whose entire personality screams 'I do things rather than discuss things.' Action coded people have a particular energy — they arrive at parties already committed to a plan, they respond to group chats with 'I'll handle it,' they don't post about goals they post about completions. The label reads as a compliment most of the time, celebrating someone who defaults to motion over deliberation. Being action coded means your first instinct is always to do something about it.
