Sus maxxing is the deliberate strategy of maximizing your suspicious, unreadable energy — committing fully to being the most cryptic and hard-to-trust version of yourself possible. Borrowed from the looksmaxxing framework of optimizing a specific trait to its extreme, sus maxxing treats shadiness as a stat to be min-maxed. It's usually ironic, describing someone who is so committed to being sus that it loops back around to being impressive. Less about actual deception, more about the performance of it.

The act of maximizing one's autonomous hustle and self-directed productivity to an almost obsessive degree, often implying someone is doing everything themselves, delegating nothing, and operating like a one-person operation. Can be used admiringly for elite self-starters or mockingly for people who refuse to ask for help.
