They're not performing agequeer identity — they just genuinely don't operate according to age norms, and it never occurred to them to make a label of it. The 'unspoken' aspect is the tell: other people around them clock it, the term fits perfectly, but the person themselves would probably just shrug and say they never thought about age that way. They're agequeer by nature, not by declaration.
