It might not be definitively, provably ragebait, but every element reads like it was designed to make someone furious. Ragebait coded is the media literacy call — the flag you raise when a piece of content has too many rage-optimization tells to be accidental, even if you can't prove intent.

A quick evaluation — done mentally, aloud, or in a group chat — to determine whether a piece of content, an offer, or someone's behaviour is designed to provoke a reaction rather than convey genuine information. Running a bait check means asking: is this real, or is someone fishing for clout, outrage, or engagement? In online spaces where rage-bait and karma-farming are standard tactics, the bait check is a basic critical thinking move.
