It usually follows some moment of clarity — maybe a friend's brutal honesty saved you from a bad decision, or you watched someone's delusion cost them badly. Now you operate differently. You ask for real opinions, give real opinions, and feel uncomfortable when conversations stay fake. Being bffr pilled isn't about being cold — it's about genuinely believing honesty is the more respectful default.
