The mental and physical state of being fully locked into getting things done — no scrolling, no second-guessing, no group chat rabbit holes. Action mode is the switch that flips when the planning phase is officially over and execution takes control. People announce it, post about it, and build rituals around entering it. Whether it's a workout, a big project, or finally handling that awkward conversation, action mode signals: I am not available for distractions right now, I am only available for results.
