Borrowed from the looksmaxxing framework of optimizing a specific trait to its extreme, sus maxxing treats shadiness as a stat to be min-maxed. It's usually ironic, describing someone who is so committed to being sus that it loops back around to being impressive. Less about actual deception, more about the performance of it.
