Definitions
The specific mental and physical state of being fully committed to getting and staying high, where all other priorities recede and the sole focus is comfort, vibes, and whatever show you decided to start twenty minutes ago. Entering bake mode means the phone goes on do not disturb, the snacks are already out, and nobody is going anywhere for at least three hours. It's not just being high — it's an intentional lifestyle shift for the evening. Bake mode has its own rules: no drama, no errands, no answering anything that requires actual thought.
We're in full bake mode tonight — couch, delivery, something on Netflix, zero interruptions.

- bashment mode72%
The switched-on mental and physical state someone enters when they are fully committed to partying at maximum Caribbean-dance-floor intensity. Bashment mode is not a passive vibe — it is an active decision to give the night everything you have. Getting dressed turns into a ritual, the pre-drinks have a different energy, and the ride to the venue has the playlist going at full volume. Once you're in bashment mode, the rest of the world temporarily ceases to exist.
- cook mode72%
Cook mode is the state of being absolutely locked in and performing at peak — head down, nothing distracting you, output just flowing like you can't miss. Borrowed from the slang sense of 'cook' (to deliver brilliance), cook mode is the headspace rappers describe before laying down a career verse, the zone gamers enter before a perfect run, or the vibe when someone's Twitter thread is writing itself. It's focused excellence with the confidence dial turned all the way up. Do not interrupt someone in cook mode.
- cooked mode70%
When someone fully commits to being unhinged, chaotic, or operating beyond all rational limits — cooked mode is the state you enter when sensible decision-making has left the chat entirely. Think rage-quitting at 3 AM, ordering an absurd amount of delivery food, or spamming every lane at once. It's not just being cooked; it's activating a distinct mode of existence where consequences are someone else's problem. Cooked mode is recognised, announced, and sometimes celebrated by witnesses who know better than to intervene.
- bounce mode69%
A mental and physical state of readiness to leave at any moment — shoes on, bag in hand, eyes on the exit, and waiting for the slightest excuse to dip. Being in bounce mode means you've already mentally checked out; you're just waiting for the polite window. It can be triggered by a bad vibe, a boring conversation, a situation that's going sideways, or simply the recognition that peak fun has passed. Bounce mode is your internal bounce check running on a continuous loop.
- brekkie mode69%
The focused, semi-sacred mental state someone enters when they are fully committed to the ritual of making or eating breakfast — all other obligations paused, phone face-down, priorities reordered around toast. Brekkie mode means do not disturb, do not rush, do not suggest skipping it. It is the morning equivalent of deep work, except the output is a full English and the only deliverable is personal satisfaction. Attempting to rush someone in brekkie mode is a social hazard.
